Epoxy Flake system
For our flake system floors, we do a 3-part 100% solids Epoxy, flake, and 100% solids Polyaspartic Epoxy sealer. To start, we do a complete diamond blade grind of the entire floor to ensure maximum adhesion of our Epoxy. After the foundation has been ground and cleaned correctly, we lay our 100% solids solvent-based Epoxy followed by our eco-friendly vinyl paint chips for traction and a contemporary look. Once the Epoxy has appropriately cured, we prepare the floor to lay our 100% solids Polyaspartic Epoxy sealer that can withstand up to 10,000psi and is OSHA-certified slip-resistant.

marble metallic epoxy
We spare no expense when it comes to our Marble Metallic Epoxy floors. We use a 3 step process consisting of our 100% solids solvent-based Epoxy, 100% solids solvent-based Marble Metallic Epoxy, followed by our 100% solids solvent-based Polyaspartic Epoxy sealer for durability. We start by doing a complete diamond blasé grind of the entire floor, followed by an in-depth cleaning of the floor to ensure maximum adhesion of the Epoxy.

Commercial/industrial
We also take on commercial and industrial applications! For example, our Flake System Epoxy floors are OSHA-certified slip-resistant, perfect for commercial settings. We start by doing a diamond blade grind of the entire floor to ensure our 100% solids solvent-based epoxy binds and adheres properly to the floor. Once the whole floor has been diamond blade ground, we do an in-depth cleaning of the floor to clean out any residual dust from the pores of the concrete or medium.
Once completed, we are ready to lay our 100% solids solvent-based Epoxy followed by our eco-friendly vinyl paint chips for texture and a contemporary look. After the Epoxy has appropriately cured, we prepare the floor for our 100% solids Polyaspartic Epoxy sealer. Once the sealer has cured, these floors can withstand up to 10,000psi.

Crushed Quartz epoxy system
Another option that we offer is a Crushes Quartz System Epoxy floors! This Epoxy system utilizes crushed quartz to achieve OSHA-certified slip resistance. With this system, the client will get a solid Epoxy color floor of their choice instead of vinyl paint chips. As with our Epoxy floors, we start by diamond blade grinding the entire floor for maximum adhesion. Afterward, we do an in-depth cleaning of the floor to remove any residual dust or debris for our Epoxy to bind correctly. After the floor has been extensively cleaned, we lay out our 100% solids solvent-based Epoxy in a solid color chosen by the client. After the Epoxy has appropriately cured, we seal the floor with our 100% solids solvent-based Polyaspartic sealer and add crushed quartz in the sealing process to ensure the floor is OSHA-certified slip-resistant.
